Punctuations

Punctuations tell us where to pause or stop in a sentence and how to begin a sentence.

Basic punctuation marks are ‘full stop, question mark, and comma’.

Full stop (.) is used to end a statement or simple sentence.
Question mark (?) is used to ask questions.
Comma (,) is used to separate items in a list.

Examples,

• The water is very cold in this river.
